Greg is also admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia, in which he conducts his appellate practice, working to correct unjust results. In recent years, Greg has successfully argued many cases before the Supreme Court of Georgia, which are listed below. Greg has also been successful before the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and these cases are also listed below.
Greg has also been trained as a guardian ad litem and frequently serves in such a capacity. He investigates the issues in such cases by meeting with the parties, meeting with the children, interviewing witnesses (lay and expert), as well as reviewing all relevant documentation (e.g., school records, medical records, photographs, court filings, police reports, etc.).
